Creator / Influencers onboarding 

Someone with the good understanding of and contacts with influencers, digital content creators , Youtubers , TikTOKers, Instagram influencers etc 

This role is responsible for setting up, conducting, and managing the lookout for content creators (both bloggers and vloggers) who publish content on current programming technologies, as well as analysing and building their portfolios.

As part of the operations team, you will assist in developing strategies for onboarding these creators/influencers to our platform, manage the interactions with them, and ensure the continuity in fueling the entire onboarding process.

Growth/Innovation (60%):

  • Examine and evaluate the current and future needs of creators and the content that will be published.

  • Use research data to help with the development of new research and to evaluate the success of previous research efforts.

  • Conducting in-depth data analysis, highlighting locations, countries, and the creator's skills.

  • Creating actionable recommendations in daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Documentation and presentation of ongoing tasks to relevant stakeholders.

Business and Strategy development (10%):

  • Making recommendations on ways to improve the research, its implementation, and team alignment.

  • Strategically using Freshdesk (a support tool) to generate tickets and communicate with creators.

Interaction/Communication (30%):

  • Using mail to build a relation with the creators and track the ongoing communication process.

  • Coordinating with the Growth team to track the creator's closure journey progress.

  • You may be required to connect virtually with the creators in order to manifest what Fanory is and onboarding expectations.
