If you believe that your copyright-protected work was posted on ARRPSIME’s site or app, or otherwise hosted by FANORY, without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notification in the form of an email to info@fanory.com.

 

Fanory Technology and all the subsidiaries would not be responsible for any of the content hosted on our app. Please do read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

Your complaint must contain the following:

1. An email address, physical address or phone number for contact.

2. A clear and complete description of your work(s) that you believe has/have been infringed.

3. The URL(s) of the specific video(s) which allegedly contain and infringe the work(s).

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law.

5. Please sign in the above statements / e-mail with your electronic signature.

 

 

All information submitted in your copyright infringement notification may be forwarded to the purported infringer, or otherwise made public in any way by FANORY or a third party.

 

Once we receive actual knowledge of any infringing content in the form mentioned above, we shall act within 36 hours to disable such information .
